Recent code changes by Youtube has resulted in broken 0 byte downloads, I have fixed the issue and a new v 24 is sent to Mozilla for approval. You are currently on v21.3 (Mozilla AMO Store auto-update channel). To get the latest features immediately, temporarily load the v24 update below.

This version will vanish when you restart Firefox.
Please disable your currently installed Easy Youtube Video Downloader (v21.3) before proceeding.
You MUST re-enable v21.3 later to receive automatic updates.

Installation Steps

Copy and paste about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox into firefox browser address bar

Click "Load Temporary Addon"

Download the .zip file from button below and select eytd_v24.zip file. The video demo below shows you to load the unpacked file but you can simply load the packed .zip file.
